Troy Merck, FADP’s Death Row Liaison, serves as a representative of the nearly 300 people currently incarcerated on Florida’s death row. He was born in South Carolina, and spends his free time writing to friends, reading, and watching sports. He’s passionate about making death row and the world a better place, and he is thrilled to share his insights with the rest of the FADP board!
